Position Overview:
As a Concrete Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering top-notch projects. You will lead a skilled team, ensuring that each project is executed to our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of concrete finishers and laborers in the installation of concrete & hardscape projects, including stamped concrete, decorative overlays, and much more.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and professional development.
- Manage daily operations, including material procurement, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to address any concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and local codes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in concrete or hardscape work, with a strong background in leading teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
