Position Overview:
Are you ready to get your hands dirty and be a part of something truly special? Superb Concepts is seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our dynamic team. As a General Laborer, you will be instrumental in bringing our landscape designs to life, collaborating with skilled artisans, and contributing to the creation of breathtaking outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of landscape features including plants, trees, sod, hardscaping (patios, walls, water & fire features), and decorative concrete.
- Operate a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks.
- Follow project plans, layouts, and directions from supervisors to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of equipment, tools, and work areas.
- Collaborate with team members to execute projects efficiently, ensuring timelines are met.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism on every job site.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscape installation, general labor, or construction is preferred but not required.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of landscaping tools and techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
