- Observe and report changes in clients' health status or behavior to the healthcare team.
- Support clients with memory care techniques to enhance cognitive function and daily engagement.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Assist individuals with developmental disabilities by providing tailored support and encouragement.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.
