Our menu is driven by the seasons, vegetable forward, emphasizing technique and baking know how. We are community oriented and care deeply about art and style. We are passionate about restaurants!

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiasitc General Manager who is passionate about hospitality and seeks growth in an expanding company. The right person will be experienced in leading a large team of managers and staff, have a proven track record of successfully opening restaurants, and will be dedicated to our standards, and people. Opening experience a plus!

Our family of restaurants includes American Beauty Steakhouse and the Window in Venice, Superba Food Bread in Venice and Hollywood, Superba Snacks and Coffee in Pasadena and North Hollywood, and Pitfire Pizza locations throughout Southern California.

We offer:

• Base salary $100,000 - $115,000 plus benefits, bonus potential and perks

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a contemporary, chef driven, full-service restaurant, opening experience a plus!
• Proven track record in developing and leading a successful team to excellence
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of business ops and financials
• Wine and spirit knowledge and an understanding of industry trends
• Quick problem solver with a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes
• A flexible schedule. Mornings, nights, weekends and holidays are required
