Superba Food Bread is seeking a Service Manager.

We are looking for a Service manager who is driven and hungry to advance. The right person will be passionate about providing a memorable guest experience, dedicated to our service standards, and excited to grow our company. Candidates who have just begun their management career but have tenure as a lead server, sommelier or Maitre d’ in a full-service restaurant are welcome to apply.

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of previous restaurant management experience in quality, contemporary, full service environment. A knowledge of steps of service is a must!
- Commitment to creating a welcoming, memorable and unique guest experience
- Dedication to training our team to meet our timing and hospitality standards
- Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS, Excel, Word, Ctuit, Hot Schedules)
- Have a basic understanding of COGS
- Have an active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate
- Have a flexible schedule and the ability to work various shifts
