Position- Med Aide
Location- Scotland, SD, 57059
Shift- Nights- 12hrs, 5:15pm -6:00am, Guaranteed 36hrs/Week
Facility Location - 130 Sixth St, Scotland, SD 57059
Assignment Length- 13 weeks
Pay- Gross $1080 per week for 36hours on W2.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or relevant qualification.
- Must be a certified medication aide.
- A minimum of 1years’ experience as a medication aide.
- BLS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.
- Local candidates required.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver routine daily medications, either prescription or nonprescription, to patients.
- Coordinate with different nurses to assist with patient care and medications.
- Follow written or verbal instructions on how to manage medications.
- Record medication dosages and times.
- Observe patients and document changes in their condition.
- Gather samples for analysis.
