Position - RN Charge LTC
Location - Windsor VT
Shift - 5x8 days
Contract length - 13 weeks
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities
- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and medications
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Adhere to healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications
- THIS IS A CHARGE POSITION!
- Minimum 5 years recent Charge/Supervisory experience in an LTC - Required
- CERNER EMR experience – Required
