IMPORTANT!
McLaren Northern has incorporated a strict 3 strike attendance policy to advocate for their patient population. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately.
Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor.
This policy will begin on 6 / 1 / 2024.

Requirement description :
- 2 Years of experience - Required
- ortho, neuro, general, Robot Xi, urology, GYN, ENT, and endovascular / vascular experience - Required
Health system-wide profile standards
- References NOT required.
- A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.
- Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit, it would be in the traveler s best interest to provide a write-up of what happened for the manager's review.
- Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : one night of call per week of 7p-11p and one weekend per month of 7a-7p Saturday & Sunday
On Call Requirements : one night of call per week of 7p-11p and one weekend per month of 7a-7p Saturday & Sunday
