Documentation System / EMR : Anthem
Will APP be Working Autonomously : Yes
Supervising Physician Present During Assignment : Yes supervising physician will be available via phone
Procedures : Episodic care injury treatment
Patient Age Demographic : Adolescent Child Adult Geriatric
Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs : Flight Hotel Rental Car Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate.
Requirement description : MUST NOTATE ALL DURING NAME CLEARS
- Board Certified (ANCC AANP NCCPA) REQUIRED
- Active VA license REQUIRED
- BLS REQUIRED
- Provider Must be Local REQUIRED
