- Practice Setting : To split time between two Radiation Oncology sites. One is located in Lima (Hospital Outpatient Cancer Center) and the other in Celina (FreeStanding Cancer Center)
- Reason for Coverage : To cover paternity leave for Dr. Michael Bishop
- Call Ratio : N / A
- Number of Physicians in Practice : 2
- Will There be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage : Yes. They will be covering at the opposite location
- How Many APPs Provide Coverage : 2
- Average Number of Patients Per Day OUTPATIENT : 2530 in Lima 1012 in Celina
- Average Number of Patients Per Day INPATIENT : 12 in Lima
- Trauma Level / Designation : 2
- Patient Population for Required Coverage : Adult
- Documentation System / EMR : Mosaiq / Epic
