- Dates of coverage : Weekdays needed only no weekend coverage needed.
- Reason for Coverage : Short staffed
- Average Number of Patients Per Day : 2040 depending on the season
- Number of Exam Rooms : 9
- Urgent Care Physicians are Present During the Locums Coverage
- Locum Physician are Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers
- Midlevels provide coverage : 1
- Documentation System / EMR : Epic
- Practice Setting : Pediatric
Procedures Required :
Minor Wound Management and Repair Incision and Drainage of Abscesses Extremity Splinting Foreign Body Removal from Skin Pelvic Exam Diagnostic Testing
Facility will reimburse for the following costs : Flight Hotel Rental Car Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate.
ALL BOOKING MUST BE STANDARD / ECONOMY. Lodging must be around xx150 / night. Anything beyond these parameters must be preapproved.
Credentialing timeframe : 90120 days for full privileges; temp privileges available
