Submission Requirements
- 5 years current clinical experience required
- 2 years Occupational Health experience required
- MUST BE A CERTIFIED BREATH ALCOHOL TECHNICIAN (BAT) - STRONGLY PREFERRED
- DOT Certification for Drug Screening STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Ergonomic Assessment Experience - Preferred
- Phlebotomy Experience - Strongly Preferred
- Valid Driver License Required.
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Certification Requirements
