- At least two years of LTC, MS, SNF experience
- Covid Vaccine Required - Religious/Medical Exemptions allowed*
- Weekend Requirements: Yes, as needed/scheduled
- On Call Requirements: No Call
- Dress Code: Matching Scrubs of any Color - Prefer Gray or Teal
- BLS (AHA)- Required
- LPN MI License -Required
