- Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week; 36 hours scheduled, 36 hours/week guaranteed
Rate: $44 per hour
Call: No on-call requirements
Weekends: Rotational schedule, typically one weekend off per month
Expected Weekly Hours: 34.5 hours
Position Overview: The LVN/LPN will provide nursing care in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting at Medicaid certified nursing facility. Responsibilities include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring residents' health and reporting changes
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) as an LPN
- Active Michigan LPN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Possession of a personal vehicle, as public transportation is not available
