1. General job duties. Types of procedures required. General CR-DR imaging, fluoroscopy, c-arm, cartography, and trauma 2. Equipment utilized in the unit / dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) electronic EMR (EPIC), PACS (McKesson), GE, Phillips, Carestream, and Toshiba 3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. general radiolography imaging skills 4. Specific licensures and certifications / registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) ARRT and ND State Licensure (temporary) 5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) Yes, employee will work independently. Yes, call is required. Shifts : 8hrs, 10hrs, and / or 12hrs. 6. Floating to other units / departments. (If so, to which units / departments?) OR, ER, portable x-ray thoughout the hospital. 7. Bed size / number of rooms for this unit / dept. 223 inpatient beds attached to a multidisipline clinic 8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) n / a 9. Dress Code : hospital scrubs (supplied) 10. Tell us about the unit / department specific training and orientation program.
