Location: Cincinnati, OH

Duration: 12 weeks
Shift Notes: Days, 7a - 5p, 40 hrs Guarantee (Holidays as needed)
Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
EMR: Crown Web
No RTO allowed since this is a shorter assignment
Submission Requirements:
- 1 year or more CURRENT Dialysis Experience - Required
- Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required
- Geriatric patient experience - Required
- NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - Required
Certification Requirements:
- BLS (AHA)
State License Requirements:
- Ohio.
- RN Compact License will also work.
