Shift Times: Days, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Submission Requirements:
- 2 years of strong Chronic Dialysis experience listed in the resume - REQUIRED
- Must have Charge RN experience in the dialysis setting listed on resume - REQUIRED
- Must be willing and capable of taking charge RN - REQUIRED
- Must have FMC and EMR abilities - REQUIRED
Certification Requirements:
- BLS from AHA - REQUIRED
State License Requirements:
- Oregon
