Duties
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions in the ICU
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform procedures such as phlebotomy, IV insertion, and venipuncture
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status promptly
- Utilize knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times
Qualifications
- 2 Years of Experience - Required
- Comfortable with Floating to similar units - Required
