- Conduct proactive outreach and personalized follow-ups with prospective students via phone, Zoom, and in-person
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and implement strategies that drive lead generation and enrollment success
- Help fill seats for HEROIC's CORE events (monthly two-day training)
- 4 years of sales experience with a proven ability to sell high-ticket dollar programs to individuals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience creating client-focused, tailored solutions
- A collaborative mindset and passion for helping others achieve their goals
