Inside Sales Account Executive Remote

As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will connect with prospective clients and guide them toward programs that transform their personal and professional impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outreach and personalized follow-ups with prospective students via phone, Zoom, and in-person to build trust and guide them toward enrollment.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and implement strategies that drive lead generation and enrollment success.
- Help fill seats for HEROIC's CORE events (monthly two-day training).
- Lead post-event efforts to meet enrollment goals for advanced programs.
- Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and convert applicants into students.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- 4 years of sales experience with a proven ability to sell high-ticket dollar programs to individuals, reflecting expertise in consultative sales and personalized client engagement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience creating client-focused, tailored solutions.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- Must be willing to travel to Lambertville, NJ, approximately three days per month.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000
- On target earnings up to $160,000 based on achievement of metrics and sales targets.
