- Coaching and Leading the Recruitment Team
- Contribute to Recruitment & Sales Monthly Statistics
- Setting Metrics and delivering results
- Developing Team Members by identifying/maximizing and tapping into their strengths, talents, and gifts
- Hiring/Termination responsibilities
- Tracking results of Recruitment Tools for best ROIC
- Uncovering new Recruitment resources to WIN with our Clients
- Meet Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Revenue Goals
- Management of Smart Search- Internal Database
- Client interface, negotiations
- Perform Contract & Permanent Placements
- Assist in Annual Sales Projects with President
Essential Qualifications
- Possess a Statistical Brag-Sheet reflecting their successes
- 5 successful years with a combined background in Recruitment, Sales, Management at a Staffing Company with a Preference in Engineering, Professional, or IT
- Mathematically inclined, EXCEL Spreadsheets Reports, etc
- Knowledgeable in RFP's
- Self-starter, passionate about business
- Savvy Social Media User
- Bachelor Degree preferred
