Senior Communications Designer you will be responsible for the creation, development and delivery of designs for all things related to subscriber lifecycle marketing campaigns. This position will maintain the design framework for email, in-app push notifications and app store systems, as well as providing creative support for daily production of weekly newsletters and can work independently on assignments when needed. This is a hands-on position requiring individuals who are both Figma and Photoshop masters, has basic understanding of GitHub, possess production skills, has a strong sense of effective UI / UX design, a passion for adapting to new workflows and tools, has the ability to manipulate key art quickly with meticulous attention to detail, can change direction easily, push their creativity and software skills to higher levels, have a solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, and actively August 2023 communicate on all phases of a project to maintain the quality of the product. You will be working closely with our Product & Visual Designers, Creative & Art Directors, Copywriters, Project Managers and various teams across the Growth Marketing and Product Marketing teams. Your portfolio must reflect fundamental graphic design skills with understanding of product design systems, message hierarchy, typographic layout and pixel perfect Photoshop compositing. Designer will support two products : 12 Month Contract :
1. Email communications- Designer will develop and maintain email communication templates and frameworks, ensuring they are reusable and adaptable for future updates. Looking for candidates with prior experience in email design.
2. Apps- Designer will manage updates for the app across various platforms (Apple, Google Play, Microsoft) and devices (mobile, tablet, web, Apple Vision Pro, connected TV). This includes localization for different regions, updating IP within screens, ensuring the user interface matches regional requirements, and making stylistic changes. The role also involves identifying and implementing systems to make processes more efficient, as current methods are quite manual.
Proficiency in Figma and a UI / UX design background are essential. Experience in the entertainment space is a plus.

- Support Lead Product Designer & Art Directors in maintaining design toolkits, libraries and frameworks for our email marketing systems
- QA files and projects with support from team members to ensure effective designs
- Assists in the production of push notifications, in-apps and email marketing assets
- Eager to learn and provide design solutions based on feedback
- Design pixel perfect digital marketing assets
- Iteration and versioning of creative assets for lifecycle marketing campaigns as well as maintaining the operations framework
- Contribute custom concepts for larger lifecycle campaign pitches
- Organizing and naming files appropriately for team members, vendors and agency partners
