Essential Duties
Under general supervision from the Accounting department, this role is responsible for accurately tracking and entering outstanding invoices into NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities
- Review invoices for accuracy in quantity and pricing as stated on the corresponding Purchase Order (PO)
- Verify that the PO in NetSuite has a “Pending Bill” status before initiating the vendor bill process
- Cross-check receiving details in HDMS—including quantity, price, and receipt date—if necessary
- For non-PO invoices:
- Ensure proper managerial approvals (Executives, Directors, or Managers) for purchases without a system-generated PO and/or high-value purchases (>$500)
- Enter non-PO invoices into NetSuite and apply appropriate general ledger account codes
- Upload invoice PDFs into NetSuite
- File accounting records as needed
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as set by SuperCare Health
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a related field of study
- Proficient in typing and 10-key data entry
- Computer literate and comfortable working with various systems
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing activities to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience and knowledge of NetSuite
