We are now hiring for a Full Time Operations Manager! Do you have experience in management? Looking for that perfect job that is challenging, rewarding, fun, and just perfect for you? Look no further.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of management experience working in entertainment, go-karting, axe throwing, event services, casual dining concepts, and full bar service. Experience with high volume is a must.
The ideal candidate must have exceptional customer service skills, problem solving skills and be able to multitask.
You must be self-motivated, organized and able to handle multiple priorities. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Health, safety, and sanitation standards training and oversight,
· Daily operation of entertainment venues, restaurant and bar,
· Opening and closing of facility, Key Holder responsibilities, cash handling experience
· Supervise all large events and banquet activities,
· Inventory management
· Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and continued development of all team members
· Ensure the satisfaction of all guests by implementing and maintaining proper policy procedures.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The ideal candidate must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:
· Experience in the entertainment industry, preferably in a high volume facility,
· Expert with inventory management,
· Ability to supervise subordinate staff, including, but not limited to, assignment of duties, evaluating service, and taking disciplinary action when necessary,
