What You’ll Do
Location: Ferndale, WA

What You’ll Do
- Handling accounts payable for US entity and vendors
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Vouchering invoices for payment
- Ensuring bills are paid timely and accurately
- Billing and invoicing
- Maintaining customer account information
- Monitor taxability and maintain resale certificates for customers
- Month end duties as applicable
- Act as backup for payment processing
- Process incoming mail at HQ
- Contribute whole-heartedly to Superfeet’s success by
- accepting new assignments readily, helping team members be successful, by learning new skills, being reliable and striving to improve team results
- performing miscellaneous research, filing, and projects as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong ability to follow up on matters
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and able to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Driven to be proactive and not reactive
- Demonstrate the ability to hold oneself and others accountable
- Strong organizational skills, including time management; ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience
- Accounting coursework preferred
