Join Superfeet as our Head of Digital Commerce! You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Superfeet’s Direct to Consumer (brand.com) and E-comm Marketplaces business. You will oversee all aspects of our DTC operations and alignment of e-comm marketplace activities, from strategy development to execution, ensuring that we achieve our revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L Ownership: Assume full responsibility for the profitability of the DTC business, including revenue generation, cost management, and margin optimization
  • Team Leadership: Build, manage and mentor a team of talented professionals across various ecommerce functions, including performance marketing, merchandising, content, design, technology and marketplace management
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive DTC and marketplace strategy aligned with the overall business goals, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and growth
  • Channel Management: Oversee the DTC channel (brand.com) and Marketplaces to ensure optimal performance and customer experience across all direct digital touch points. Partner and work closely with leads of marketplaces and other digital platforms
  • Performance Marketing: Drive customer acquisition and engagement through effective performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising and email marketing
  • Content and Design: Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and visually appealing content that enhances the customer experience and drives conversions
  • Technology: Partner with the technology team to ensure the seamless functioning of our ecommerce platform and systems, and identify opportunities for technological advancements
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting on KPIs, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations to improve business performance
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Campaign Development and Deployment: Partner with VP marketing in developing and deploying effective marketing campaigns across all DTC ecommerce channels
  • Ecommerce Business Performance and Forecasting: Develop and share regular reports on the ecommerce business's performance and forecasts with senior leadership

A Little About You:

  • You have a GM mindset. That means making smart, data-informed decisions that drive revenue, optimize margins and scale profitably. You have a proven track record of successfully managing full P&L responsibility in a high-growth ecommerce setting
  • You have developed and executed a comprehensive ecommerce and marketplace strategy aligned with company goals. This includes ownership of both brand.com and marketplace channels, and you possess an ability to prioritize what drives the most value quickly
  • You have the ability to drive measurable customer acquisition, retention and conversion through performance marketing (SEM, paid social, email, etc.)
  • You are fluent in using analytics to inform decisions, forecast revenue, optimize campaigns and communicate results clearly to senior leadership, private equity leaders and the board
  • You have experience leading a high-performing, cross-functional ecommerce team and understand this requires strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills. You know how to attract top talent and build a collaborative, high-output culture that people enjoy working in each day
  • You have 10 years of progressive experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or DTC leadership roles

Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000/year DOE


Job Location: We are open to this role being HQ based in Ferndale, WA, Remote, or Hybrid
