Who Are We Looking For?
As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Inside Sales Representatives. Your primary focus will be to ensure the team successfully manages a portfolio of customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with your team to establish goals, track performance, and refine sales strategies to help each representative meet their targets. Additionally, you will oversee the growth and retention of customer relationships, ensuring that our business continues to expand and strengthen.
In this role, you will also manage your own portfolio of customer accounts. You will be responsible for driving the success of these accounts by identifying opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and ensuring their continued satisfaction and retention. You will balance the strategic leadership of the team while also actively engaging with your customers, ensuring a personal touch and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Your role will require strategic oversight, coaching, and performance monitoring, using CRM and reporting systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and account performance. By analyzing this data, you will guide your team in identifying opportunities for improvement and increasing sales efficiency. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business goals, customer needs, and product offerings.

What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives, driving them to exceed sales targets and achieve individual and team goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to help team members develop their skills and advance within the organization.
- Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance culture, promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous professional growth.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the existing customer base.
- Set clear sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, regularly monitor progress, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure success.
- Oversee the execution of best practices and sales processes, ensuring the team closes deals efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Account Management:
- Manage a personal portfolio of customer accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive account growth and retention, ensuring customers receive optimal value from our products and services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring ongoing customer loyalty.
- Work closely with your team to ensure seamless customer experiences and optimize the sales process for both new and existing clients.
CRM & Metrics Management:
- Leverage CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, customer interactions, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Analyze CRM data to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to guide sales decisions, forecast future sales, and continuously refine strategies to improve team performance.
- Regularly monitor team performance, providing detailed reports and updates to senior leadership on sales progress, challenges, and wins.
Reporting & Forecasting:
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for the inside sales team, using CRM and other reporting tools to track and analyze key metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership, using data to support strategic decision-making and inform the development of future sales plans.
Your Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with team members, customers, and leadership.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and achieve sales goals.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong ability to analyze CRM data to drive performance improvements.
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate changing business needs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working remotely and managing virtual teams.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales management, leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive revenue growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and relationship-building.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, training, and motivating a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Compensation: $30.00 - $36.00/Hour
