Position Overview
This role starts as a part-time position during a comprehensive three-month training period and transitions to full-time upon completion. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You’ll play a vital role in fostering strong customer relationships and upholding our commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Address customer inquiries about products, orders, and services with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and shipping, to resolve customer concerns and fulfill requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our CRM system.
- Educate customers about SuperForm ICF products and services, offering tailored recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints or issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
