We are looking for a skilled Outside Sales Professional to join our Business Development Team, covering the Sulphur, LA, and Port Arthur, TX regions. This role offers performance-based salary increases, an incentive plan, a monthly vehicle allowance, and paid vacation.

Responsibilities
- Market research and development of a prospective client database
- Research, identify and explore new business opportunities in conjunction with the marketing team
- Formalizing account objectives and strategies with Sales and Regional Leadership
- Maintain and manage accurate, up-to-date sales related activities in the CRM
- Responsible for relationship building of new clients at various levels and with multiple functions
- Work to achieving a sales target in the assigned focus areas and geographies
- Support the sales cycle including identifying opportunities, leads management, client education, presentations and deliver proposals and close deals
- Interact effectively with other departments including inside sales, Area Managers, estimating, contracts administration and technical teams
- Identify SH competitive advantage opportunities and work with Sales Leadership, Regional Management and estimating on bidding and closure strategies
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets for assigned customers
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction and obtain client feedback
- Manage and maintain accurate and complete opportunities in CRM
- Work with Marketing department on national and international accounts.
- Support local tradeshows and customer sponsored events
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience selling into large complex organizations such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, and major corporations at all levels
- Posted secondary education in a related field
- Excellent sales skills and the ability to establish credibility and rapport at multiple levels
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills with proven track record of developing new markets
- Strong verbal and written communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
- Understanding of CRM
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proven record of self-starting and disciplined work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal support team at all levels
- Technical background/knowledge
- Travel as required
