About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team. As an Office Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your major end result will be to maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors. You will be the first point of contact for all inquiries and will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
  • Experience with project management software

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage all assigned job-related tasks efficiently

Skills:

As an Office Admin, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with visitors and employees. Your strong attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining a professional and efficient office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively will be crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company.
