I’m Max Hertan—a serial entrepreneur & efficiency-obsessed builder living in LA. I’ve taken companies from zero to $20M / year, hit $1M ARR in under 6 months multiple times, and now I’m building a venture studio to launch software startups. I’m looking for an exceptional Full-Stack Developer to join me in incubating a series of software companies until we achieve Product-Market Fit (PMF) and scale them to greatness.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in autonomy, enjoys rapid iteration, and can leverage AI tools to code faster and smarter. If you’re ready to solve problems, ship products, and work with a founder who’s scaled multiple companies to 8- and 9-figure success, let’s talk.

What You’ll Do :

  • Work directly with me to build and validate new software products across industries.
  • Design, develop, and deploy both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Use cutting-edge AI tools (e.g., Bolt.new, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to ship clean, high-quality code 5x faster.
  • Tackle complex technical challenges and transform scrappy MVPs into polished, scalable platforms.
  • Rapidly iterate based on real user feedback to achieve PMF.
  • Be part of a small, ambitious team that values speed, ownership, and creativity.

  • Full-Stack Expertise : You’re fluent in front-end (React, Vue, etc.) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar) development.
