```Duties```

- Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems, including monitored alarm and security, surveillance camera , and intercom/access control systems.

- Perform system design and layout for surveillance and intercom access control low voltage systems.

- Ability to effectively conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and identify potential issues and work with customers on site.
- Install and terminate low voltage wiring and cabling.
- Test and troubleshoot low voltage systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently.

```Experience```

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Low Voltage Technician or in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, including CCTV, fire alarm, access control, and computer networking.

Experienced with installing electric strikes, mag locks, exit buttons, motion REX and other door access control solutions

-Knowledge of intercom systems such as Aiphone, Comelit, Akuvox, 2N preferred.

-Knowledge of surveillance systems such as HIKVISION, DAHUA, Alibi, Uniview preferred.

-Knowledge of software platforms for all related surveillance platforms above as well as Alarm.com and Brivo a plus.
- Experience in reading blueprints and technical diagrams a plus.
- Experience with field service work and providing on-site support to customers.
- Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations related to job sites.
- Ability to detect, test and resolve issues effectively.

* Must have transportation and necessary tools to complete job scopes.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
