Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Oversee asbestos abatement projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficient scheduling, optimal resource allocation, and accurate project tracking.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with APCD, AQMD, and OSHA regulations. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain precise records of permits, inspection reports, and compliance documentation. Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.
- Team Management: Supervise and support field staff, including asbestos abatement technicians and project managers, fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage office administration, including job board scheduling, project management software maintenance, and procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in asbestos abatement or environmental remediation, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Certifications:
- Required: Asbestos Supervisor or Project Manager certification.
- Preferred: Additional certifications in hazardous materials handling, environmental health, or safety.
Knowledge: Expert understanding of APCD, AQMD, and OSHA regulations with a focus on asbestos abatement and environmental safety.
