Pay range $26.00 - $35.00
Provides Ad-Hoc research into areas as needed with emphasis on customer compliance requests, general billing error inquiry, and process improvement opportunities. Candidate will work redundant areas of assignment and collaborate with the data science team to drive automation in the areas. May also support the Accounts Receivable management team with data analysis, daily and monthly reporting, and responses to manager information requests. Strong ability to conduct critical process analysis, manage change, and lead teams to a common vision is required.

Salary range for this role is $27.30-$36.75/hr, DOE. This position is fully in-office M-F in Elmhurst. Mandatory overtime will be required depending on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel & Outlook
- Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette
- Skilled in answering a telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner
- Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions Proficient with medical terminology and insurances HCPC/ICD\-9 codes
- Familiar with ambulance physician certification requirements for Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care guidelines
- Background of medical terminology including various coding systems \(ICD\-9, CPT, HCPCS)
Qualifications:
Project management knowledge
High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
Exhibit ability to lead and execute change management
