Superior Asphalt, Inc. is currently seeking a Construction Estimator to join our team in Bradenton, FL 34203. As a Construction Estimator, you will play a key role in our construction projects by providing accurate estimates and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare and submit accurate bids and estimates for construction projects
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and other documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop cost-effective solutions
- Manage change orders and ensure all project changes are documented and communicated
- Conduct pre-construction meetings and site visits to assess project requirements
