Sealcoat Team Member – Superior Asphalt
Pay: Competitive, based on experience $18-$25 Hr
Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal
Responsibilities:
- Prepare job sites by cleaning surfaces, filling cracks, and setting up equipment
- Mix and apply sealcoating materials using squeegees and spray equipment
- Ensure a smooth, even application on driveways, parking lots, and roadways
- Operate and maintain sealcoating tools and machinery
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sealcoating or asphalt maintenance is a plus, but not required – we provide training
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license preferred (CDL a plus)
- No DUI in the past 5 years (due to insurance restrictions)
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
