Superior Asphalt, Inc. is currently seeking to fulfill 3 Asphalt Construction Estimator positions in Marion, Lake and Hernando County. As a Construction Estimator, you will play a key role in our construction projects by providing accurate estimates and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate bids and estimates for construction projects
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and other documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop cost-effective solutions
- Manage change orders and ensure all project changes are documented and communicated
- Conduct pre-construction meetings and site visits to assess project requirements
- Experience in highway construction and estimating
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, B2W, and other construction software
- Strong knowledge of project controls, scope development, and take-offs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
