You’ll post and screen for critical roles like General Manager, Account Representative, and Detailer / Lot Attendant, ensuring we find top talent in a timely and efficient manner. What You’ll Do :
- Post & Screen with Precision : Craft and share job postings that grab attention, then screen candidates with speed and accuracy to find the best fits for our General Manager, Account Representative, and Detailer / Lot Attendant roles.
- Chase the Best Talent : Persistence is key. Follow up with applications until you’ve secured the best candidates to present to hiring managers.
- Stay Organized : Juggle multiple roles and candidates while keeping everything on track with flawless organization.
- Communicate Like a Pro : Shine with clear, professional, and confident communication with candidates, employees, and executive leadership.
