As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll coach and develop our General Managers to drive dealership success. Your leadership will shape everything from staffing and training to dealership presentation, inventory management, vehicle sales, and customer payment collections, all while following our Progressive Collections guidelines. By guiding your team to hit company targets, you’ll help us achieve outstanding operating profits and make a real impact.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Foster a positive culture that prioritizes exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive monthly sales goals by implementing the Superior Auto Sales Manual.
• Achieve weekly collections targets by executing and supporting Progressive Collections guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to Dealership Presentation Guidelines and Sales Manual for superior inventory management and presentation.
• Oversee effective scheduling in line with company guidelines.
• Develop staff through proactive recruitment, selection, and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and dealership teams to build business partnerships that fuel growth.
• Monitor regional and dealership metrics, identifying improvement areas and executing action plans with General Managers.
• Communicate company expectations consistently and effectively.
