Qualifications :
Preference for experience in an automotive setting
Must have a current driver's license and no felonies
Ability to work hours as needed.
Ability to effectively communicate, be a functional resource, and work well with others.
Superior customer service skills are required
Must adhere to safety procedures
Reliable, self-motivated, honest, punctual, professional and flexible attitude
Responsibilities :
Call and email potential customers from provided lists to notify them of special owner loyalty offers, currents sales offers and vehicle upgrade opportunities.
Set appointments by overcoming objections; explaining benefits and asking for the opportunity.
Qualify appointment candidates by understanding the customer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to their opportunity; building rapport.
Enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Demonstrate integrity and respect for the customer as well as company practices, procedures and policies.
Meet sales goals and follow up with customers
Telephone skills and etiquette
Excellent verbal and written communication
