Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in our nightclub setting, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will play a crucial role in guest relations, food service, and maintaining the overall ambiance of our establishment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
- Provide detailed menu information to guests, including specials and recommendations.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of food items.
- Uphold all food handling safety protocols to ensure guest health and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or fine dining environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and sales techniques.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is essential for maintaining safety standards.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet business needs.
