We are currently very selectively accepting applications for commissioned sales representatives. The ideal candidate would be someone already with a network or connection and is unhappy with their current company or situation. We hear all too often about the ills of the industry and how companies do not fulfill their payments to commissioned sales representatives. Superior Built Roofing is truly unique in the way we operate in the industry. This position would require either previous experience in this exact role or knowledge of roofing sales. This position is ideal for a high performer in the industry that is currently not being properly compensated or paid by the current company you are contracted with.
Here is an overview of the responsibilities:
- Customer Service - At all times maintain a customer first mentality which communicates promptly, advises of changes immediately, and seeks to provide the best possible experience to clients
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential customers through canvassing, referrals, leads, networking, and digital outreach.
- Consultation and Education - Conduct on site inspections to evaluate damage and propose solutions. Educate customers on Superior’s services, materials, warranties, and financing options. Provide honest and accurate assessments.
- Sales Process and Closing - Present tailored proposals that align with customer needs and wants. Address objections effectively. Ensure proper documentation for contracts and agreements.
- Relationship Management - Maintain prompt and regular communication. Solicit and earn referrals and repeat customers.
- Collaboration and Reporting - Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth handoff. Utilize the CRM to document customer interactions, track pipeline, and update sales processes.
- Market and Product Knowledge - Stay informed of industry trends, new roofing products, local market conditions, and competitors. Continuously update knowledge through company training programs and self-directed learning.
- On an as needed basis, visit the job site during production to check on the progress and communicate with the client to maintain a positive relationship and communicate any changes as necessary.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
