Integrator - Job Description
Overview: The integrator is the glue that holds the organization together, aligning all departments and teams to execute the vision and mission of the company. This role will drive operational excellence across the entire system by managing and implementing the EOS framework. The integrator ensures accountability, consistency, and traction throughout the business to enable growth, efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership
- Oversee all functions of the company including sales, production, customer service, scheduling, operations, quality control, inventory, human resources, performance management, training, vendors, subcontractors, technology, community engagement, marketing, branding, accounting, profit/loss, budgeting, and performance management.
- Turn strategic goals into actionable business plans, driving and tracking execution across all departments while ensuring accountability.
- Optimize systems, processes, and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Accountability and Team Management
- The integrator has the sole responsibility for implementing accountability metrics for the leadership team and department heads.
- These metrics will include KPIs, Rocks, and other metrics aligned to Superior’s strategic plan.
- Identify and support metrics which will support company growth and ability to scale.
- Support the company owner in maintaining focus, structure, and momentum.
- Strategic Alignment
- Partner with the company owner to ensure alignment between vision and execution.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that support scaling and company growth.
- Advise company owner of needs for properly implementing visions.
- Continuous Improvement
- Using customer feedback and metrics, improve systems, processes, and procedures to continue to implement a customer first mentality throughout the entire organization.
- Using employee feedback and metrics, improve systems, processes, and procedures to ensure we maintain a culture of excellence and high accountability while maintaining a fun and low stress environment to work where employees want to come to work, believe they have opportunities, and are comfortable enough to bring forth problems and concerns that can improve the business.
- Manage operational risks and liabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- EOS Implementation and Management
- Lead and manage the successful implementation of EOS tools, including L10 meetings, Rocks, scorecards, accountability charts, and the Issue Solving Track (IDS).
- Serve as the primary EOS facilitator for internal meetings and alignment.
- Ensure company-wide adoption and ongoing adherence to EOS processes.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
