Superior Cabinetry, Inc. of Austin MN is currently seeking a Cabinet and Closet Designer. Applicants should have a basic understanding of cabinet layout and design.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to
- Creating custom designs for customers as well as estimates
- Complete customer follow-up procedures and lead customers through their project
- Maximizing customer experience and satisfaction through attentiveness and personalization
- Cultivating and retaining contractors and customers
Basic Qualifications
- Previous cabinet sales, design, installation, or cabinet manufacturing experience
- Experience with computers
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills over phone, email, and in person
- The ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Self directed and highly motivated
Business hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. Pay includes base salary plus bonus.

Required Experience:
- 2 years cabinet design and layout experience, or
- 2 years cabinet building and layout experience, or
- 2 years cabinet install and layout experience

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
