Compensation: $45,000 base uncapped commissions bonuses (OTE: $120,000–$200,000 )

You’ll be our first sales hire to lead the charge.

The Role

You’ll be our growth catalyst, closing commercial contracts in Kootenai County and opening doors in Spokane County and medical markets. This is high-energy, face-to-face sales—building a pipeline, bidding sharp, and locking in clients from offices to healthcare facilities. You’re not just selling cleaning—you’re scaling us to the next level. We want quick wins and big leaps, and we’ll pay you to deliver.

What You’ll Do

  • Grow our Kootenai County base and target Spokane County clients.
  • Pursue new accounts like medical facilities—clinics, hospitals, labs.
  • Build a pipeline from scratch—calls, meetings, referrals, whatever works.
  • Bid smart with our system to keep deals profitable and competitive.
  • Team up with the owner to align sales with our cleaning crews.
  • Drive $25K/month in sales within 6 months, targeting $300K your first year.

Compensation That Rewards Results

  • Base Salary: $45,000/year—your starting line; performance pays the rest.
  • Commissions:
  • 10% on gross sales for the first 6 months of any new contract.
  • 7% for the next 6 months.
  • 5% for the life of the contract (while employed).
  • Bonuses:
  • $1,000/month for $20,000 in gross sales.
  • Quarterly: $2,000 ($50,000), $4,000 ($75,000), $6,000 ($100,000).
  • Perks: Company car after $50,000 in total sales, plus laptop, phone, and mileage stipend day one.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000–$200,000 in year one. No cap—crush it, cash out.
