About You :
You’ve been around the HR block, ideally with 5 years of HR leadership experience
You have a people-first mindset and genuinely love creating policies and programs that support employees and align with business goals
You don’t just identify problems, you bring solutions (and maybe even a backup plan)
You know employment laws, HR best practices, and how to make policies that actually make sense
You’re constantly looking for better, faster, and more efficient ways of doing things. “This is the way we’ve always done it” is a phrase that is banned from your vocabulary
What you will do :
Create an environment where employees feel valued, engaged, and excited to come to work (yes, even on Mondays)
Provide coaching and strategic HR advice that makes our managers look like rockstars
Keep us legal and compliant at all times. We love creativity, but not when it comes to employment law. You’ll keep our policies buttoned-up and audit-proof
Ensure we attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent who are a perfect fit for our mission and vibe
Think outside the employee handbook. Find ways to enhance performance, engagement, and professional development
Foster and promote a corporate environment consistent with our core values : Dare to Care; Be Accountable; Drive Forward Momentum; Hit Heavy, Stay Humble.
Motivate, influence, and train team members. You are a cheerleader, coach, and key player, all-in-one.
Other duties and special projects as required. You are a yes-person, willing to help out wherever needed.
Your experience :
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required
5 Years of experience in HR management
Strong knowledge of hardware & software systems, networks, and application software development
