What YOU will do:
Service calls, maintenance calls, system diagnostics, and system repairs on HVAC equipment
Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
Maintain strong customer service and communication abilities
Attend periodic manufacturer and in-house training classes
Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Manage proper inventory of equipment, tools, and parts needed for repairs
Proper documentation of all service and maintenance calls
Handle physical workloads of at least 50 lbs.
What YOU will bring:
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of HVAC service experience (required)
- Rhode Island Journeyman Refrigeration License (preferred)
- HVAC license or equivalent field experience
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with oil systems and geothermal systems (preferred)
- Rhode Island Pipefitter and/or Refrigeration License (required)
- Ability to handle heavy equipment, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks
- Flexibility to work varied hours and participate in on-call rotations
