Project Coordinator (Framingham, MA)
The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Management team with the coordination of project activities, including coordinating materials, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely and on-budget completion of project deliverables.
This is an in-person position .
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and project informationServe as point of communication between company teams, customers, and external resourcesEnsure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirementsSupport project documentation, such as tracking materials, reviewing invoices, and updating labor hoursMaintain accurate and standardized filesMonitor project progress and follow up with any invoices, change orders, or scheduling changesCoordinates requests for delivery, service, and installation with internal departments.Organize material needs for Warehouse TeamUse reporting tools to help monitor working hours, plans, and costsProviding administrative support as needed.
Qualifications and SkillsExperience in coordinating teams and clientsProven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of managementStrong written, verbal, and presentation skillsTechnical mindset and be able to adapt quickly to new technologiesComputer literacy for spreadsheet and word processing softwareTime management skills, especially familiarity with task completion and goal settingOutstanding attention to detail and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to solve problems independently and remain motivated.
RequirementsAssociate degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plusAbility to utilize Outlook email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe AcrobatAbility to sit for long periods of time
