About the Role
As a Field Project Manager, you will oversee projects in the Charlotte market and surrounding areas, including Greensboro and Raleigh. You’ll inspect jobs at various stages, collaborate with Project Coordinators, and act as the primary field contact for customers and vendors. This role involves weekly travel within the region, with limited need for overnight stays. If you’re a problem-solver who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Oversee multi-trade projects for homeowners and property management clients.- Inspect job sites at the start, during, and at project completion to ensure quality and adherence to standards.- Collaborate with Project Coordinators to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.- Maintain excellent customer relationships by addressing concerns and providing timely updates.- Hold vendors accountable for quality and performance standards.- Manage project margins and identify opportunities for additional revenue.- Handle escalations professionally and efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.- Occasionally source additional vendors and partners for products and labor.
