Responsibilities:
- Install and repair various types of siding on residential properties
- Maintain a high level of craftsmanship, ensuring that all work is completed with precision and quality
- Work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that jobs are completed on time and meet client expectations
- Communicate effectively with residents and management to ensure that they are satisfied with the results of your work
- Identify areas in need of repair or improvement and make recommendations/estimates
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General Liability Preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in siding installation and repair
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering superior results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
